This match up was definitely a nail bitter. Pitching was solid on both sides, but two at bats by Klein’s Barfield scored 4 runs for Klein. Kingwood answered with Ojala hitting 2 (2 run) HR’s, Simmons 1 HR, and Oliver with an RBI but it was not enough to get the win. Simmons relieved Ojala for the last out in the 6^th and was relieved by Richardson in the 7^th. Brewster (1-3), Simmons (2-3 HR, RBI), Evans (2-4), Pearce (1-1), Ojala (2-3, 2 HR, 4 RBI’s), Oliver (1-3, RBI), McDonaugh (1-3, 2 B).
