Kingwood posted its third win against no losses in district play with a convincing 20 – 0 victory over Pasadena.  Kyle Denney started on the mound and pitched 5 innings of no-hit baseball while striking out 13 and walking only 2.  When Kingwood came to the plate in the first they started putting runs on the board early and often.  In the bottom half of the first inning hits by Dustin Delay, Thomas McCormick, Levi Meyer, Bruce Williams and Jimmy McCrary resulted in an early 3-0 lead.  In the second inning, Kingwood picked up where they left off in the first.  Hits by McCormick, Meyer, Denney and Delay coupled with two hits in the inning from Jake Kolesar, a walk to Austin Pendleton and an error allowing Bruce Williams to reach first base provided the fire power for an 8 run inning giving Kingwood a commanding 11 – 0 lead.  But the damage was not done yet.  In the third inning McCormick led off with a double followed by a Meyer single and a walk to McCrary.  When Pendleton reached on an error three more runs had come across the plate.  Kingwoods final at bat saw them bat the order again as Delay, Blake Hancock, and David Marvin each singled.  Michael Cvejanovich and Brian Jeanes reached on errors, McCrary drew his second walk and Pendleton cleared the bases with a double down the left field line.  When the smoke cleared, Kingwood had the 20 – 0 win and was still undefeated in district play
